Return and Refund Policy

Buyerday does not allow returns, replacements, or refunds for certain exclusive items. Please ensure you check the specific conditions at the time of purchase.

If a return, replacement, or refund is permitted under the specified conditions, you can contact us at support@buyerday.com or request the same through the Buyerday application.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

All products listed on our website and application can be exchanged or returned subject to the following conditions: Product Condition: A product cannot be exchanged or returned unless it is defective, broken, faulty, leaking or not of satisfactory quality. In case of return/exchange, you must return the product to us in the same original condition as is supplied by us.

You can return the product(s), purchased from us under your order as per below, provided the product(s) packs are sealed/unopened/unused and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Products, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us as/under Return:

  1. Damages due to mishandling of the product
  2. products with tampered or missing labels
  3. Products without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  4. Product Accessories / Freebies / Bundles & Combos
  5. Validity Period for Return/Exchange

Refund will be processed within 24 hours and the amount will be refunded to you between 3-15 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you.
